Seal Coating

Grade 1: $0.50/ft² for excellent condition; likely includes minimal prep and single coat.

Grade 2: Moderate wear; ideal pricing is $0.60–$0.80/ft² with light crack fill.

Grade 3: Near replacement; $0.70–$1.00/ft² for deeper repairs + sealing.​​

Core Services (from $450 minimum booking)

Minimum project booking fee: $450 or 30% of total project, covering equipment mobilization and initial site assessment. After that, services are billed per scope of work.
Project Example Scenarios
Light prep, edging, and placement (≤2 hr skid steer):

Includes drain rock, edging, and mulch detailing (~500 ft² footprint).
Small fence (20 ft) and prep work:
